End-to-end fulfillment


Atos Origin’s end-to-end fulfillment, or provisioning process solution, supports the entire fulfillment process from managing a customer’s order to activating the service. Its solutions provide order management, including a broadband order management service and service activation and can handle on-demand network and service provisioning across different network types, such as 2.5G or 3G, IP services, DSL services, PSTN and cable networks. This allows telecom providers to offer a ‘single network’ approach to customers who care more about the services they can access than about the network they are on. For telecom companies, it means reduced provisioning costs and faster time-to-market.

Service Assurance

 
With Atos Origin’s Service Assurance solution national carriers who offer fixed, mobile, IP VPN or metro Ethernet services can measure and track their service quality in order to meet service level agreements. Analysis of service performance includes traffic information figures; network downtime or call failure numbers; number of completed calls or delivered messages; timescales and corresponding service levels achieved; revenue and margin by client and/or service; overall trends; and network and service performance comparisons. The risk of fraud or network security breaches is also assessed and Atos Origin offers network security services through its Network Security Competence center.

Service Delivery Platform (SDP)

 
The Atos Origin SDP delivers multimedia 3G services, including video-based services, irrespective of the specific characteristics (screen size, resolution, memory, etc.) of the device requesting the service. It allows the delivery of any content to any device with minimal processing and also provides secure open interfaces for external partners and content providers.

Inventory Management


Atos Origin helps its clients to improve the profitability of their network assets by assessing and improving the performance of your network recording, planning and delivery functions.
