MDM QuickScan
Our fixed price MDM QuickScan is conducted by experienced Atos Origin consultants who work with you to establish the key values associated with master data cost of ownership within your enterprise. These results are reviewed and analyzed using our TCO calculator and form the basis for an MDM implementation business case. The QuickScan relies heavily on input from the business and is normally pre-empted by an MDM pre-scan questionnaire.

This approach reduces disruption to the business and allows the QuickScan to be completed within five days. The MDM QuickScan includes, but is not limited to, investigations of heterogeneous master data volume, maintenance processes, procedures and organizational elements, storage and archiving, data quality and application architecture.

The resulting MDM QuickScan report details the scope and results of the investigations together with recommendations for next steps, which in most cases consist of business case development and an MDM proof of concept project.

Business Case Builder
Utilizing the MDM QuickScan report and results, Atos Origin consultants and representatives from your business prepare a business case which clearly defines the scope, options and benefits of an MDM implementation. The business case is designed to achieve top-down buy-in from the business primarily through workshops and interviews.

Blueprint
Using Atos Origin’s LDM methodology, our consultants will work with you to deliver the standard activities and tasks associated with the design of a complete MDM solution. The blueprint phase formally establishes the required design of the MDM solution and the cost of implementation.

Realization
Using standard tools and accelerators provided by LDM, we implement and develop the required scenarios on the MDM platform. Rigorous testing of the solution is a mandatory part of the realization phase, as is the development and roll-out of the change management process, knowledge transfer and end-user training.
